Sellers Checklist
- All corporate or business tax returns for all years the restaurant has been in business.

- A balance sheet for the business for all years the restaurant has been in business.

- A profit and loss statement for all years the restaurant has been in business.

- Yearly gross receipts for the restaurant (preferable broken down by month).

- Year-to-date gross receipts, through last day of last month (preferable broken down by month).

- Copies of the SC Sales Tax Returns for the months the restaurant has been in business.

- Equipment inventory list with exact quantity and approximate value of each piece of equipment.

- All furniture, fixtures and equipment that WILL convey with the sale of the restaurant.

- A list of any personal items, decorations, furniture or pieces of equipment that WILL NOT convey   with the sale of the restaurant.
